My son going through psychosis/bipolar disorder since November. He is going in cycle of maniac and depressive periods. The intensity reduced after started taking Ayurvedic Himalaya Ashwagandha and Banyan healthy vata in morning, Himalaya Hello Calm mind and Banyan I sleep soundly sleep. But his mental focus, cognitive need to be improve. Can he take Brahmi powder and Shankapushpi powder along with these? Please suggest/advise. Thank you

Hello ma'am I would suggest you to counselling him properly. Talk with him on his achievements nd people arround him . Start practicing yoga , meditation, Pranayam with him. And i m suggest few medicines below 1. Brahmi vati 2. Medhavati advance 2-2 tab twice a day 3. Saraswat aristh - 10 ml with 1/2 cup lukewarm water before breakfast 4. Shankhpushpi avleh 1 table spoon wih cow milk before bed time 5.Badamrogan / Anutel 2-2 drops two times a day in both nostril. Yes combination of Brahmi and shankhpushpi powder will help Putting almond oil 1-2 drops in both nostril twice daily will also help Let him learn and practice Rajyoga meditation daily Do pranayam brahmri lom -vilom 5-10 mins twice daily Head massage with Brahmi oil twice weekly
