Hello Saranya, I understand you’re experiencing a mix of issues including hair fall, body fatigue, body pain, skin problems, delayed periods, and low immune response. From an Ayurvedic perspective, these concerns can be interrelated. They point towards an imbalance, possibly involving Vata and Pitta doshas, which might affect your ojas, agni, and dhatus like rakta (blood), mamsa (muscle), and asthi (bones), leading to weakened tissues and systems. Your low hemoglobin level is likely a key factor connecting these issues.

First, your diet is crucial. To help improve hemoglobin and overall health, focus on including iron-rich foods like leafy greens (spinach, fenugreek), beetroot and pomegranate. Cook with sesame oil for its warming properties, which help balance Vata. Consider incorporating dates or munakka (dried grapes) into your diet as they are both nutritious and helpful in anemia. Avoid excessive caffeine and processed foods that can aggravate dosha imbalance.

Lifestyle changes also play a vital role. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule to support your body’s natural rhythms. Practicing daily oil massage (abhyanga) with warm sesame oil can alleviate body pain and improve circulation.

For the hair fall issue, applying a nourishing hair oil such as bhringaraj or coconut oil mixed with a few drops of Amla oil can help. Leave it overnight if possible, and rinse with a mild, herbal shampoo the next day. Also, avoid using excessively hot water for washing your hair as it can weaken the follicles, leading to more breakage.

Yoga and gentle exercises could enhance energy levels, but avoid overdo. Simple pranayama like alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) daily, helps in reducing stress and balances doshas, aiding overall well-being.

Consulting with a local Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatments, like Panchakarma, which is detoxifying and rejuvenating, could be beneficial.

If you experience increased fatigue or persistent symptoms, consulting an allopathic doctor to re-assess your hemoglobin levels and general health would be prudent. Your health is paramount, and taking a combined approach of Ayurveda and conventional medicine might be optimal.
