Your laparoscopy results indicate some complexities with the fallopian tubes, yet it’s encouraging that both tubes are patent. In Ayurveda, the focus would be on balancing your doshas, enhancing your ojas (vital energy), and optimizing reproductive health.

First, we would look at your dosha balance. Infertility issues are often linked with vata imbalance, because Vata governs all downward moving functions, including the reproductive processes. Additionally, fertility issues may arise due to an imbalance in other doshas depending on specific symptoms.

For dietary changes, favor warm, cooked, and nourishing foods that pacify vata, like cooked grains (rice, quinoa), root vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes) and ghee. Avoid cold, raw, and processed foods that could aggravate vata and potentially contribute to further disturbances in your cycle.

Include herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari in your regimen. Ashwagandha is known for its balancing act on the doshas and may improve stress respons, while Shatavari supports reproductive health, nourishes the body tissues and balances hormonal levels. These herbs are best taken in powder form with warm water, twice a day after meals.

Abhyanga, or oil massage, with sesame oil can help calm vata and support the reproductive system. Regularly performing this massage, following it with a warm bath, can support relaxation and improve blood circulation.

A key component is to nurture your mental wellbeing. Practices like meditation, prayanama, and yoga can greatly help in reducing stress which indirectly affects fertility. Consider including gentle poses in your daily practice, such as Baddha Konasana and Supta Baddha Konasana which are beneficial for the reproductive organs.

Finally, it’s also important to maintain a regular routine, going to bed and rising early, as fatigue can further aggravate vata and lead to imbalance. Implement simple daily routines, known as Dinacharya, to provide stability and rhythm to your day.

Incorporating these Ayurvedic practices can take time, just like convincing. Always ensure any new approach complements your current medical treatments without interrupting them. In this journey of trying to conceive, patience and consistency are key. If your situation appears too challenging, seeking further guidance from a professional specializing in Ayurveda alongside regular medical check-ins is recommended.
