It sounds like you’re experiencing discomfort due to multiple reasons. The burning in the vagina, anus, and during urination can be distressing, and might be linked to the 10mm kidney stone you’ve mentioned. When dealing with kidney stones, burning sensations can be caused by the irritation they cause in the urinary tract as they move. However, we should consider other potential factors contributing to your symptoms according to Ayurveda.

In Ayurveda, burning sensations could be related to an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, which governs heat, transformation, and metabolism in the body. Excess Pitta can lead to inflammation and burning sensations in various parts of the body.

Firstly, let’s address the kidney stone. Continue with plenty of water intake, as this helps flush the urinary system, but you might need more than that. Adding lemon juice to your water can be beneficial, as its citric acid can help break down calcium-based stones. Aim for the juice of half a lemon in a glass of warm water, taken on an empty stomach in the morning.

For a diet that helps balance Pitta, avoid spicy, salty, and acidic foods. Instead, incorporate cooling foods like cucumber, watermelon, and coconut water—these can naturally soothe internal heat. Moong dal, barley and rice are also gentler on the system. Avoid caffeine and alcohol as they might exacerbate the burning sensation.

In terms of herbal remedies, consider Chandanasava, an ayurvedic preparation known for its cooling and soothing properties, often used for burning sensations and urinary discomfort. However, do consult with a local ayurvedic practitioner before starting new herbal regimens, as they can evaluate your personal needs and constitution better.

Lifestyle management is equally important. Try incorporating stress-minimizing practices like yoga and meditation, as stress can aggravate Pitta. Wear loose clothing and maintain good hygiene to reduce any irritation further.

While these Ayurvedic approaches may provide relief, it’s vital to keep monitoring the severity of your symptoms. If the burning does not subside or worsens, seek medical attention urgently to ensure no infection or complication has developed. Kidney stones can often lead to more severe conditions if left unmanaged, so keeping an open dialogue with your healthcare provider is crucial.
