Nothing to worry mam u r alright U avoid wearing tights cloths or inners U get flow during urination or after urination because your pelvis will flex when u sir to pee. No worries
Ek baar aap urine test aur us scan whole abdomen with kub karwao
don’t worry ye problem kabhi kabhi ho jati hai ,koi badi samsya nhi hai Period jab start hota hai, toh pehle din ya second din flow kabhi kabhi dheere aata hai. Jab aap urine pass karti hain, tab thoda pressure padta hai uterus pe, is wajah se thoda blood nikalta hai. Clots nahi aane ka matlab ho sakta hai ki blood dheere-dheere nikal raha hai, toh clot banne ka time nahi milta. Kabhi kabhi cervix tight ho skti hai, jisse blood jaldi flow nahi karta iske liye aap Til (sesame) oil se pet ke neeche halka garam sek karein jisse blood ka flow badhega aur ye problem nhi aayegii
Please Go through a Urine R/E with Usg - abdomen &Pelvis after menstruation
It’s normal to have bleeding in menstruation which increases during peeing due to contraction and relaxation of bladder
You can have 1.Chandraprabha gulika 2-0-2 after food 2.Guluchyadi ks tab 2-0-2 after food
Its absolutly normal… Chinta karneki jaroorat nhi hai… Normal hai ye periods ke time pe… Aap 1. Dhanwanthram 101 - ka few drops lower abdomen pe laga lijiye
Koi problem nahi, it’s natural Can take cap. Evecare 1-0-1 after food with water
Hello dear… Its absolutely normal… Nothing to warry 👍
Aap jab sitting position me rahate ho to pelvic ko move milta blood ko bahar dalne ke liye so it happens thats it…
Be calm 👍
Its normal for first 2 days.,if this continues for days else than your periods days.then consult doctor.
Its absolutely normal during the first 3 to 4 days of periods that while urinating a sudden rush of bleeding happens. Its because of the pelvic muscular contraction and relaxations while urinating.
Hello Mou Dey
It’s Absolutely Normal during Menstruation

This pattern you’re observing during your period is typically part of the natural variation in menstrual flow. It’s not uncommon for period blood to appear more when you urinate, as the pelvic muscles contract and can expel more blood. However, if you find yourself concerned or if this is significantly different from your usual pattern, it could be helpful to explore this a bit more.
In Ayurveda, menstruation is governed by Apana Vata, a subtype of Vata dosha responsible for the downward flow elimination processes. Any irregularity in flow, like the one you described, might signify an imbalance in this area. Addressing the balance of Vata is key here.
Let’s consider some things you could do:
1. Diet: Consume warm, light, and easily digestible foods. Incorporate healthy fats like ghee or sesame oil, which pacify Vata. Favor freshly-cooked meals over processed ones.
2. Hydration: Stay well-hydrated with warm water or herbal teas like ginger or fennel, both can help soothe Vata and improve circulation.
3. Rasayana: Ashoka (Saraca asoca) is a well-regarded herb in Ayurveda known to help balance menstrual cycles. Consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized advice on dosage and form.
4. Lifestyle: Avoid stress and engage in light exercises like yoga which can help maintain balance. Breathing exercises such as Anulom Vilom pranayama can also improve Vata stability.
5. Warmth: Keep yourself warm which encourages smooth flow of Apana Vata. Use a hot water bottle over your lower abdomen.
6. Rest: Ensure adequate rest and avoid strenuous activities, especially on heavy flow days.
If these measures don’t bring change, or if you experience other symptoms like severe pain or excessive clotting, it may be best to seek further evaluation by a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying issues. Balancing doshas can take time and may need adjustments in lifestyle and diet based on individual constitution.
