For any personalized treatment plans (diet, medicines, therapies), a proper consultation is required. Ayurveda treats each person individually, based on Prakriti (constitution), Vikriti (current imbalance), and many detailed factors. Therefore, I encourage you to opt for a paid personal consultation, so that I can study your case properly, give full attention, and offer the best authentic treatment suited to you. Health is an investment — not an expense. Thank you for understanding!”

Endometriosis can be a challenging condition, but Ayurveda offers holistic ways to manage symptoms and support overall well-being. Firstly, let's look at diet. In Ayurveda, diet plays a crucial role and in your case, you may want to follow a Pitta-pacifying diet. Focus on foods that are cooling, anti-inflammatory, and nourishing. Include plenty of fresh, seasonal vegetables such as cucumber, zucchini, and green leafy greens. Opt for organic dairy products like milk and ghee, as they are calming. Avoid spicy, sour, and too oily foods as they can aggravate Pitta dosha. Proper hydration is also vital. Drink warm herbal teas made from fennel, coriander, and cumin seeds thrice a day. These help in digestion and provide some relief from bloating. Regular practice of gentle yoga and pranayama can aid in managing pain and fatigue. Specific asanas such as Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose) and Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose) can alleviate pelvic discomfort. Deep breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) are calming for your mind and body. Consider Ayurvedic herbs like Ashoka, Shatavari, and Guduchi under the guidance of an Ayurvedic physician, as these can support reproductive health and help in reducing inflammation. Also, the application of warm castor oil packs on your lower abdomen may provide symptomatic relief. Ensure a regular sleep routine, as proper rest is essential for healing. Minimize exposure to electronics before bed and create a calming bedtime ritual. It's important to keep a balance in your daily routine. Eating at regular times and ensuring moderate physical activity can support overall balance. If symptoms become severe, teleconsultation with a healthcare professional is necessary to assess if further interventions are required. Remember, these suggestions complement and not replace your current medical treatment. Always consult with your primary healthcare provider before making any changes.
