Hello dear, Your symptoms suggest chronic UTI and use of chandraprabhavati and gokshuradi vati provides symptomatic relief but reoccurrence on stopping indicates incomplete healing of Root cause

You can’t take Chandraprabha vati for long-term occasional use is safe but without proper guidance don’t take as it contain herbs which can dry out tissue and disturb metabolism

why UTI is reoccurring find the cause - go for investigations

permenent solution follow this for minimum 3 months 1 TSP GUduchi satva+ 1/2 tsp shatavari churna - in cold water(pot cooled) in morning Gokshuradi guggulu- 2 tab before lunch Chandraprabhavati- 1 tab at evening At night take- usheerasava 20 ml with water after food

if severe burning and dryness- tale 1 tsp yastimadhu churna in coconut water daily

avoid fermented food , spicy food, pickle excess tea coffee and dry fruits in excess avoid dates take Cooling food like- coconut water, coriander seed water, barley water, cucumber, amla juice drink boiled and cooled water with pinch of musta or Chandan don’t hold urine urge for long avoid excessive heat

follow this for 3 months and then see UTI will not reoccur for sure

thank you

Dealing with a persistent UTI while feeling an imbalance in your pitta dosha can certainly be challenging. Consistent use of Chandraprabha and Gokshur Ghan Vati can indeed be quite beneficial for urinary issues, as they help in balancing pitta and strengthening urinary function. However, relying on them for an extended period without addressing underlying imbalances might not be the best long-term solution. It would be beneficial to explore deeper into your lifestyle and dietary habits which might be contributing to your symptoms.

For pitta imbalance, diet plays a crucial role. Since foods with a warming nature, like dry fruits, seem to aggravate your symptoms, consider focusing on foods that pacify pitta. These include cooling and hydrating foods such as cucumber, cilantro, coconut water, and aloe vera juice. Aim to have meals that are balanced, incorporating sweet, bitter, and astringent tastes more prominently, as they cool and settle pitta.

Additionally, sipping on coriander water through the day can help soothe urinary symptoms. To make this, soak a spoon of coriander seeds in water overnight, strain them in the morning and drink it throughout the day. This can aid in cooling pitta and supporting urinary health.

In terms of lifestyle, practicing stress-relieving activities like yoga or meditation can help, as mental stress can exacerbate pitta-related issues. Ensure you’re getting adequate rest as well.

Though continuing Chandraprabha might provide relief, it’s vital to reassess periodically with an Ayurvedic doctor. The persistent return of symptoms signals the need to check for underlying reasons like diet, lifestyle, or other health factors. If symptoms persist, please consult a healthcare provider to rule out other causes. Addressing this issue might require a comprehensive look at your daily habits rather than only relying on herbal remedies.
