Hello Vishal, have you gotten evaluated from a neurologist to check for any nerve involvement. Also get your blood sugar levels checked. Any history of fall or back injury?

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the tingling in your hands and legs, pain in both legs, fatigue, burning sensations, and full-body pain upon waking. While I understand that you've been experiencing these symptoms for the past two years and have tried various vitamins, the information provided is not sufficient for a comprehensive evaluation. It would be beneficial to gather more details regarding your medical history, lifestyle factors, dietary habits, and any previous treatments you’ve attempted. This additional information will help in formulating a more effective and tailored Ayurvedic approach to address your symptoms.

Ahh, tingling and pain in hands and legs can be quite bothersome, I understand how frustrating it must be after trying so many vitamins. Sounds like your body's trying to tell you something. In Ayurveda, these symptoms could signal an imbalance in your Vata dosha. Vata governs movement and flow in the body, including nerve impulses, so when it's out of whack, you get symptoms like tingling and pain. Start with grounding your Vata. Warmth and oiliness can help soothe things down. Think of including more warm, cooked meals in your diet—stuff like soups, stews, or kichari. You might also want to avoid cold and dry foods or anything too stimulating, like caffeine. Oil massage, known as Abhyanga, could be super beneficial. Use warm sesame oil, and massage your legs and hands daily. Not only does it feel amazing, but it also helps balance Vata. Regular sleep and less stress should be in focus too, seriously. A consistent sleep schedule, trying to go to bed by 10 PM is often recommended. Practicing deep breathing or meditation can help de-stress you too. You’ve tried vitamins, but pay attention to your digestion—good absorption matters. A mix of dry ginger powder, black pepper, and long pepper can enhance Agni (digestive fire), easing digestion and nutrient absorption. Just a teaspoon in warm water before meals is often enough! If you've not already, please check for ergonomic factors. Sometimes postures, long sitting, or working styles can contribute to such discomforts. Slight adjustments can sometimes lead to big relief! Do stay connected with a healthcare provider too, just in case there's something more that needs attention. It's always wise to keep them in the loop, alright? If things worsen or don't improve, getting back to them would be best. Take it easy on yourself and trust your journey to well-being! 😊
