I am trying to figure out the best time to take shilajit. I've heard so much about its benefits, but honestly, I'm a bit confused. Should i take shilajit in the morning or at night? I've been struggling with low energy lately and someone suggested shilajit could help boost my stamina. But, I've read mixed opinions about the timing. Some people say mornings are best because it can give you a kickstart, while others say night is better for recovery. I mean, when I tried it once in the afternoon, it kinda made me feel restless, so I'm hesitant to do that again. I'm also worried about how my body will react if I take it too late. Last week, I took it before bed and ended up counting sheep all night instead of sleeping! So, now I'm lost. Do I need to take it every day? And what if i mix it with something? I heard it pairs well with warm milk, but is that even a good idea? I wish I knew exactly how to use shilajit properly! Any advice would be great, thanks!
