I am currently feeling kinda overwhelmed with my body image lately. It’s like, I’ve noticed that my breast size has increased quite a bit, and it’s really making me feel self-conscious. I don’t wanna go through surgery or anything because I’ve heard that can be risky and a lot of pain. So, I’ve been searching for ways to figure out how to decrease breast size in a more natural way! I heard Ayurveda might have some solutions, and honestly, I am curious if that’s even possible? Sometimes I think, is it actually my diet causing this? I've read that aligning with certain Ayurvedic principles could help, especially with herbal remedies or special exercises. I am also worried that if I make big changes, it might impact my hormones or something. I once tried yoga and was told it might help with how to decrease breast size, but I got lost in all the poses and wasn’t sure which ones were really helping me.
