Help me to overcome from premature ejaculation. - #22457

My self a 32 year unmarried man suffering from premature ejaculation, actually i have a bad addiction of masterbating regularly about 4-5 times in a week. I think due to this bad addiction have lost my timing and use to ejaculate within 1 to 2 min ( have not done actual sex with any one) please help me to overcome from this problem

But they are not opening up about their issue, internally suffering
What your experiencing is not uncommon with the right guidance, care and discipline, it can be effectively manage and even can be reversed
According to Ayurveda, sexual health is deeply connected to strength of Shukra Datu that is reproductive tissue Ojas ( vital essence) and manas that is mind along with the imbalance of Dosha
Frequent masturbation, especially over a long time can lead to depletion of Shukra,dhatu , and imbalance in apana vata
This resulting in loss of control during arousal and early discharge
You have mentioned that your masturbating around 4 to 5 times a week, but according to Ayurveda Frequent masturbation over a long period may lead to shukra kshaya that is seminal depletion, andweakens the reproductive tissue leading to premature Cham, and we can see your muscular control and decreases your stamina
Along with that year, undergoing treatment for hepatitis B with increased viral load
So automatically, this is a indication of liver involvement since liver plays a very key role in dictation according to Ayurveda can directly affect your sexual health
Here we mainly give importance for the root cause we treat from the root cause, whereas in modern science, they treat symptomatically, so chances of recurrence will be very high
Along with internal medicine, if proper that lifestyle changes are done, then automatically, you can see a very good result within few weeks of following the treatment
So you can start on Ashwagandha churna + Shatavari churna
1/4 th each with warm milk at night
Chandraprabha vati- one tablet twice daily after food with water
Tab liv 52 ds and tablet twice daily after food with warm water
Avoid heavy-metal containing respiration, medicine because you’re having a liver issue
You can do whole body massage to lower abdomen, lower back and dinner once daily using Bala taila
Penile massage -apply a small quantity of Jaytyadi taila undo, gentle, massaging for about 3 to 5 minutes. You can do this weekly two times. It improves the tone and blood flow.
Related to that you had to take milk better to take cow, milk, soaked almonds, walnuts dates,whole grain
Green leafy vegetables, moong dal, pumpkin beetroot
Fresh, seasonal fruits, pomegranate banana Mangoes
Honey, along with warm water
Spices like cardamom, cumin, fennel, and nut meg
Drink herbal tea, such as Tulsi or Ashwagandha tea
Avoid excessive, spicy, oily, fried, and fermented food
Avoid packet, junk food, soft, drink, smoking, and alcohol
Avoid cold, frozen or reheated meals
Avoid excessive screen time late night, having dinner
Sleep before 10 PM

Contract and hold your pelvic floor muscles as if you’re stopping urine for 5 to 10 seconds, then release. Do this three sets, 10 reputation daily.
Often in those who never had actual intercourse, negative beliefs about sex can create a mental Block. This leads to the hyper sensitivity of nervous system and loss of control. You must begin to train your mind to stay calm, positive, and in control.
Avoid porn or over stimulating material, it conditions, the brain unnaturally
Read positive books will divert your mind and even reduce your overthinking

Thanks madam, please guide me for one thing if I stop masterbation totally will it create any problem in future ( I am asking this because some of my friend advice me that I have to do this in the interval of 21 days if stop totally then it will create some problem) ...... But I want to stop masterbation totally don't want to do it any more..... Also my parents are now looking for my marriage so I don't want any problem in my married life.

Masturbation occassionally is ok.as it is to release excess sperm formed but to do daily / frequently will only spoil your future marriage life, as excess of anything in ayurveda is not accepted
In the beginning you may find difficult to follow the right but with time you will really thank your self for avoiding excess doing

Premature ejaculation especially in unmarried men with a history of frequent masturbation, is often result of psychological conditions, anxiety and weakened nervous response , rather then any structural defect
STEP BY STEP YOU CAN OVERCOME THIS-
1) start taking this medications
Ashwagandhadhi chmurna with shatavari and vidairkand - 3 gm with milk twice daily - strengthen semen production and reduces anxiety
Yauvanamrit vati (baidyanth brand) - 1 tab after breakfast- improve stamina
Chandraprabha vati- 1 tab after dinner- improve genitourinary health
Arogyavardhini vati- 1 tab once daily after meal- supports liver function
EXTERNALLY oil massage over lower abdomen and thigh region for 5 min daily- Ashwagandha Bala lakshadi taila OR Ksheerbala taila before bath
avoid applying to penis
diet tips-
include ghee, milk ,dates , almonds, banana in diet
take lukewarm water and maintain digestion
yogas- Vajrasana, Paschimotasana, sarvangasana
Anulom vilom, bhramari pranayam

Avoid all that helps you think about masturbation.
When you feel so sit and concentrate on your breath.
Practise regular MOOL BAND YOGA along with butterfly exercise. This will help you to teat your premature ejaculation.
You cannot give up on any habit suddenly. You will have to slowly reduce the number of times you masterbate. You can do that by noting down daily how many times you have done and rewarding yourself if u limit and restraining yourself from your favourite things as a punishment if u exceed the number of times you have set a goal for .

In terms of diet, focus on a Vata pacifying diet: Warm, cooked foods with healthy fats, like ghee and sesame oil, are beneficial. Add more protein sources like lentils and mung beans. Herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari are great; they support reproductive health and reduce anxiety. Take a small pinch with warm milk twice daily.
Incorporate yoga and meditation into your routine. Asanas like Vajrasana and Padmasana can help in stabilizing the mind. Meditation aids in reducing stress levels which are often linked with premature ejaculation.
Practicing techniques like Kegel exercises can be beneficial too, to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Tighten the muscles, hold for 3-5 seconds, and release. Repeat a few times a day.
It’s also important to manage stress and anxiety. Try Abhyanga, daily self-massage with warm oil, preferably sesame or almond oil; it calms Vata.
