I understand, you have been facing progressive earring loss up to 50 DB in both years, and the diagnosis of auto Claro is must be concerning, especially with the added burden of mild tinnitus . While modern medicine, recommend surgical intervention like STAPEDECTOMY in such cases, Ayurveda offer Se Deepa perspective, not only aiming at slowing or reversing the progression, but also focusing on restoring systemic balance, improving auditory health and enhancing your overall vitality Let me explain your condition through the Ayurvedic point of view and what product can be done to get a good result According to Ayurveda, there is no direct reference to the term otosclerosis but the symptoms and the underlying pathology closely resemble a condition known as Karna Nada refers to tinnitus or abnormal sounds BADHIRYA -refers to definition or hearing loss ASTHi VRUDDHI-abnormal bone growth due to aggravated VATA and KAPHA So according to this , it is a conductive type of hearing loss where abnormal bone remodelling in the middle ear especially the STAPES bone restrict the transmission of sound waves to the inner ear Ayurveda sees this as VATA-KAPHA disorder affecting the auditory sensor organ involving Involving bone tissue and nerve tissue From Ayurvedic point of view possible root causes may include Genetic predisposition Chronic imbalance of VATA (dryness ,degeneration, Nerve conduction issues) Access KAPHA (mucosal buildup, sluggish circulation, Bonnie over growth) AMA accumulation (toxic buy products of poor digestion, affecting tissue metabolism) Past history of chronic cold, sinus issues or middle ear infections Lifestyle patterns like late nights, poor diet, cold exposure, and mental stress Goals of ayurvedic treatment The Ayurvedic approach focuses on - Balancing VATA and KAPHA DOSHAS Nourishing and strengthening the bones and nervous tissues Improving micro circulation to the auditory organs Preventing further degeneration or Bone thickening Relieving associated symptoms like tinnitus Supporting hearing mechanism naturally Detoxifying the body and brain channels Ayurvedic treatment - Ashwagandha churna- 1/2 tsp with milk at night as a Rasayana and nerve tonic Yogaraja guggulu Kanchanar guggulu- Punarnavadi mandoora- One tablet twice daily after food with warm water Saraswathi aristha-4 teaspoon each with equal quantity of water twice daily after food Anu tail-one drop each to eat nose drill once daily it is helpful in diseases of head and neck To rejuvenate nerve tissues and delay progression, you can take Either chywanprash or brahma rasayana-1 teaspoon with warm milk once daily If you’re not seeing any improvement with the medicine, even after taking at least for two months, then it’s better to offer Panchak Karma which are highly beneficial Along with internal medicine, it is important that what the diet you are taking and how is your lifestyle Include warm nourishing moist food with ghee Include milk, sesame seeds, soaked almonds, and seasonal fruits Use herbs like ginger, turmeric Steam inhalation can be done Early to bed, stress reduction Can do gentle yoga, Pranayam meditation at least walk 30 minutes per day Avoid exposure to cold winds and loud voice avoid dried, junk, cold or fermented, food, excessive coffee or alcohol or smoking suppressing natural urges, long screen exposure earphones Ayurveda believes that with early and sustained intervention progressive conditions like atosclerosis can be slowed down and in some cases, hearing ability may partially recover, depending upon tissue damage. While complete reversal in advanced cases may be limited. Many patients report, relief from tinnitus, improved clarity of sound and better. Energy and mental calmness. Ayurveda takes a whole person approach, not just focusing on years, but treating your entire system, which often improves multiple aspects of health, including sleep, mood, and immunity Modern ENT surgeon advice surgery, which is a standard treatment in your case. Ayurveda does not deny utility especially in advanced or complete classification cases. However, surgery doesn’t address the route DOSHIC imbalance and may not stop degenerative process Does even if surgery is chosen later, Ayurvedic management before and after surgery can support healing, reduce recurrence, risk, and improvement of long-term outcomes This might be a challenging condition, but Ayurveda offer a gentle holistic and natural pathway to manage and potentially improve your hearing and reduce tannins and enhance your quality of life. I encourage you to begin with Ayurvedic treatment under the guidance with patience and consistency. Let us focus not only on the ears, but also on restoring your body’s natural intelligence and balance If you’re willing to commit to this journey, I’ll be here to support and guide you at every step Wishing you strength, sound health, and healing

Hello Vivek I can understand ur concerns and insecurities readings Otosclerosis and Conductive Hearing Loss Also I can understand how it's affecting ur Personal and Social life. " NO NEED TO WORRY" " I Will HELP U TO GET U OUT OF THIS SITUATION " UR ISSUES * Progressive Otosclerosis * Conductive Hearing Loss * Tinnitus • Otosclerosis, a disease causing abnormal bone growth in the middle ear, is a primary cause of conductive hearing loss • This hearing loss occurs when the natural transmission of sound waves through the outer and middle ear is disrupted, preventing them from reaching the inner ear effectively. • Otosclerosis specifically affects the stapes, one of the small bones in the middle ear, causing it to become fixed and unable to vibrate properly, leading to hearing loss. TREATMENT A) SURGICAL CORRECTION - STAPEDECTOMY Stapes Fixation. The abnormal bone growth in otosclerosis often leads to the stapes becoming fixed, hindering its ability to vibrate and transmit sound. In Ayurveda, otosclerosis can be understood as a condition where there's an imbalance in the doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta, affecting the ear structures. This imbalance leads to the bony growth and the conduction issues you're experiencing, along with tinnitus—an imbalance of the Vata dosha affecting sound perception. While Ayurveda doesn't offer a surgical solution, it aims to balance these doshas to manage symptoms and potentially slow the progression. You might consider incorporating the following Ayurvedic approaches for supportive care: 1. Ayurveda emphasizes nasya therapy (nasal administration of medicated oil) to directly target head-related ailments. Daily application of Anu Taila, a herbal oil, in each nostril can help with Vata imbalances that contribute to hearing issues. 2. Diet plays a crucial role in balancing doshas. Consume warm, cooked foods that are less oily to pacify Vata and Pitta doshas. Spices like ginger, turmeric, and fenugreek can support agni (digestive fire). 3. Herbal remedies such as Ashwagandha and Brahmi may help. As Ashwagandha supports nerve health and strengthens the body, Brahmi offers calming effects to mitigate stress-related impact on hearing. 4. Practicing Pranayama (breathing exercises) may help enhance circulation and support ear health. These should be done slowly and under guidance to ensure you're maintaining a calming balance. 5. Hearing exercises and Ayurveda ear drops, such as Bilva Taila, may support ear health further by enhancing circulation and easing Vata disturbances. Since you've been advised for surgery in allopathy, it is important to carefully consider your options. Ayurvedic treatments can be complementary, but for severe conditions, including potential hearing loss, seeking a detailed consultation with both Ayurvedic and modern physicians is essential to address the need fully and safely. Consider these Ayurvedic methods as supportive and preventative, and prioritize talking to an expert about the next steps if immediate or surgical intervention is necessary.
