I am trying to figure out this whole amla candy benefits thing. So, a few months ago, I started feeling super low on energy, like really drained all the time. I heard that amla is packed with nutrients and could help boost my immune system, plus I've been reading about the amla candy benefits. I thought, why not give it a shot? I found this brand online and it tasted great but, like, is that enough? 🤔 I usually have a pretty hectic schedule, juggling work and family, so I'm worried that I might not be getting all the nutrients I need. I’ve been munching on amla candy daily for about two weeks now, and I kinda feel a little better but not sure if it’s just in my head or what. I’m wondering if these amla candy benefits really hold up in the long run. Like, is it possible I should be combining it with something else or even taking it at a specific time of day? And ugh, I heard amla might interact with some meds, which has me worried since I’ve been on some for my gut health. Can someone clear this up for me?
