I am feeling really foggy lately, and it's making it hard to focus on work and even simple things at home. So, after some research, I found out about memtone syrup and thought maybe it could help. Yes, in many people it helps toReduce mental fatigue,Improve clarity and memory and Reduce anxiety-induced tension headaches. but It’s not a “quick fix,” and works gradually. You can take it 1-2 tsp twice a day after meals. While you take this also avoid caffeine intake, Avoid phone/laptop use 1 hour before sleep Sleep 7–8 hrs daily. foods like soaked walnuts, pumpkin seeds, ghee will help.
