I have acne that occurs firstly white in colour then turn into red bumps and when the bumps goes out they leftred scars on my face so I have red scars on my skin and I think I have combination skin....

Please mention Do you have any PCOD/ Thyroid related issues/ any other continues medication?
For acne and related scars we have to rule out the exact reason and treatment should follow according to the cause.
In general for combination skin you can apply
1.Thriphaladi churnam (,1tsp) +Nimbaharidradi churnam (½tsp) mix with rose water/ warm water - apply over the areas and leave it for 30min then wash it off./ weekly thrice you can apply this.
* If you are allergic to Turmeric, please Avoid Nimbaharidradi churnam

Too sour sweet spicy and oily food
Avoid bakery items / including other maida products
Take 3-4litre water / day
Take much vegetables and fruits
Have some meditation regularly which can control your stress level , thus reducing excessive body heat and balance hormonal functioning
