It sounds like you're experiencing quite a mix of skin and hair concerns. In Ayurveda, this can sometimes relate to an imbalance in your doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta, affecting the skin and hair. Instead of focusing on particular brands, Ayurveda emphasizes natural approach and correcting underlying imbalances for sustainable beauty. For your skin issues, avoid harsh chemical-based facewashes. Opt for a gentle cleanser like besan (chickpea flour) mixed with milk or rosewater. This will naturally cleanse and brighten the skin without stripping it of essential moisture. You might also introduce a post-cleansing routine with rose water to tone and refresh, helping with dullness and black patches. Applying aloe vera gel can also calm redness around the nose and chin, hydrate skin, helping it glow once more. Regarding dryness and hairfall, oil massage (abhyanga) can be immensely beneficial. Use warmed coconut or almond oil, massaging it into the scalp and hair overnight, to nourish and strengthen your strands. Wash it off next morning with a mild, natural shampoo containing ingredients like bhringraj or reetha, which are kind to dry hair and promote hair health. For body tan, try using soaps or cleansers made from natural elements, like sandalwood or turmeric. Such herbs contain properties that aid in reducing pigmentation and maintaining even skin tone. It's especially important to regularly exfoliate, using a paste made from oatmeal or nuts powder mixed with milk or curd, it'll gently remove dead skin cells and tan. Don't forget to hydrate yourself adequately and consume a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and good fats like nuts and seeds. This promotes both internal and external health. Consider reducing spicy, oily foods as they may aggravate Pitta and create more redness or pimples. Implement these recommendations alongside healthy lifestyle choices and watch for gradual, positive changes. Remember, consistency is key for Ayurvedic practices to have their full effect. If any symptoms worsen, please consult an Ayurvedic specialist in your area for personalized care.
