Adrak aur neembu ki chai se bachein, vyayam mein garam upayog na karein.
Agar was dana (aloe vera) ka ras daily apply karein to cooling aur healing effect milega.
Regularly paani ka sevan badha lain, taaki aapka body hydrated rahe. Stress management bhi zaruri hai, kyunki stress se Pitta aur badh sakta hai. Shant music, meditation ya pranayama istemal karke vayu gun (qualities) ko balance mein laayein.
