Aapki skin ki jo problem aapne batayi hai, vo Drishti Prakop se sambandhit lag rahi hai jise Ayurveda mein Pitta prakop kehte hain. Sunlight ke exposure se, Pitta dosha badhta hai jo skin me redness, itching, and rash create karta hai. Ye Pitta-Vata imbalance ka karan bhi ban sakta hai, especially jab dry or acne-prone skin bhi ho.

Pehla step h Pitta ko shant karma. Nariyal ka tel aapki skin pe lagane se shaam ko shitalata mil sakti hai. Apply it gently, especially before going to bed. Din bhar direct sun exposure se bachein jitna ho sake. Sooraj ki roshni mein nikalne se pehle sandalwood powder aur gulab jal ka face pack laga sakte hain, ye cooling effect dega. Outdoor jaane se pehle dhyan rakhein ki loose cotton clothes pehne jisse wo body ko dhak sake.

Aapki diet mein bhi kuch parivartan karen, taaki andruni pitta balance ho. Khatti, teekhi aur teli cheezein avoid karein. Apne khane mein thanda doodh, dahi (fresh) aur seasonal fruits aur sabziyan include karein jo shital aur madhur ho jaise gurvati yamuna, kheer aur matar (peace) ya kale pehn (spinach) ko incorporate karse sakte hai. Adrak aur neembu ki chai se bachein, vyayam mein garam upayog na karein.

Agar was dana (aloe vera) ka ras daily apply karein to cooling aur healing effect milega.

Regularly paani ka sevan badha lain, taaki aapka body hydrated rahe. Stress management bhi zaruri hai, kyunki stress se Pitta aur badh sakta hai. Shant music, meditation ya pranayama istemal karke vayu gun (qualities) ko balance mein laayein.

Bahut severe symptoms hone par, ya aapko relief na milne par visheshagya doctor se salaah lein. Zyada serious problems ke liye, allopathic treatment ko consider karna chahiye. Wrinkle ya discoloration ke liye Ayurvedic medicated creams ke baare mein bhi discuss kar sakte hain.
