Your concerns involve various interconnected aspects of health, and Ayurveda can offer holistic insight into these issues. Based on what you’ve shared, it seems there might be an imbalance in your body affecting both your weight and breast size. Often in Ayurveda, we relate these symptoms to a possible Vata dosha imbalance, as Vata governs movement and is light, dry, and mobile in nature. Weight gain issues might be linked to weak agni (digestive fire), which could be causing improper digestion and assimilation of nutrients, hence leading to fatigue. To enhance your digestive fire, you might consider including spices like ginger and black pepper in your diet that can stimulate digestion and promote better absorption of nutrients. Eating warm, moist, and nourishing foods while avoiding raw and cold foods may also help balance Vata. About low blood pressure and fatigue, ensuring you eat small and regular nutritive meals can maintain energy levels. Foods like soaked almonds, dates, and milk might be beneficial for their strengthening properties. Considering your hemoglobin level is within normal range, focus can be on nutrient absorption, rather than iron intake alone. The presence of excess body hair and thyroid enlargement could suggest a deeper hormonal imbalance, potentially related to increased levels of androgens. Foods containing zinc, such as pumpkin seeds, might play a role in balancing hormones naturally. Also, excessive hair can be associated to Pitta imbalance, so ensuring cooling foods and staying hydrated can maybe provide relief. For the thyroid concern, as it's from ongoing observation, it would be prudent to undergo medical tests for thyroid hormone levels. If the enlargement persists or if there's changes, consulting with a healthcare provider is essential, as proper treatment may be needed alongside Ayurvedic support. Engaging in calming activities like yoga and meditation could help in balancing Vata and Pitta doshas and overall wellbeing. It's important to monitor your condition with regular check-ups to adjust your holistic plan aligned with your changing needs.
