I am struggling to figure out how to take shilajit with milk. Recently, I read a bunch of articles about the benefits of shilajit and how it can help with energy and overall wellness. I started using it about a week ago, but I'm not entirely sure if I am doing it right. I mean, they say mixing shilajit with milk enhances its effects, right? I tried taking it just with plain water, and honestly, it wasn’t great. Then I thought, hey, maybe milk will make it more palatable. But I’m not clear on the best way, like how much shilajit should I use for a glass of milk? And should I warm it up? I had this terrible fatigue lately, dragging myself through the day, and I really want to see if shilajit could be the answer. Also, I heard there are different types of shilajit out there—is that something I should be worried about? Like, does quality matter when I’m mixing it with milk? Would love any tips on how to take shilajit with milk effectively! Thanks!

Quality of shilajit absolutely matters; you want to ensure it’s sourced from a reputable provider. Look for purified, genuine shilajit resin or powder, preferably with third-party testing for purity to avoid adulterants and heavy metals. Taking poor quality shilajit can hinder its benefits and may even be detrimental to your health.
