what is chana sattu - #24622
I am really curious about this whole chana sattu thing. A few weeks back, I was at a friend's house and she made this energy drink with what she called chana sattu, said it’s like superfood or something! I honestly didn’t know what is chana sattu before that. She mixed it with water, some lime, a pinch of salt, and I gotta admit, it tasted pretty good! But then I started wondering more about it. I’ve been feeling a bit low on energy lately, like midday I just crash and need a nap, ya know? What if chana sattu could help? I read online that it’s high in protein and all, but how exactly can it help with energy levels? Should I be drinking it every day? I really wanna know what is chana sattu, its benefits and any possible side effects too? I mean, I'm all in for natural stuff. Is there a better way to consume it?
