I am really confused about this whole ground nut oil thing. I've been hearing different things from people lately! A couple weeks ago, I switched to ground nut oil for cooking because I heard it was healthier than some of the other oils out there. My friend said she uses it all the time and feels great. But then, I went on some forums and there are people saying is ground nut oil good for health? Like, are there really benefits or is it just a fad? There’s this whole debate about the smoke point and the omega fats in it. Also, my mom said that I shouldn’t use it too much because of allergies, but I thought I was safe since I don't have allergies? Ugh, it's all so confusing! I've been feeling a bit sluggish too, and now I’m wondering if switching to ground nut oil could be contributing. Need to know if is ground nut oil good for health or should I just stick with olive oil? Any insights or share experiences would be super helpful! Thanks!

Groundnut oil, also known as peanut oil, is indeed often considered a healthy option for cooking, but its actual impact can vary based on individual needs and constitutions as described in Ayurvedic principles. Pitta types should use it sparingly, considering it’s heavy and somewhat greasy nature.
