For confirming your pregnancy, go with a test called as UPT…
Just rubbing penis externally, but not penetrate and ejaculation, chances of getting pregnant is very less, but to be very sure of not being pregnant it’ is best you get pregnancy test done by UPT. If negative you can start with tablet M2TONE 1-0-1 after food with water Aloe vera juice 10ml twice daily after food with water.
The chance of pregnancy from the described situation is exceedingly low since there was no penetration or ejaculation. Your PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is more likely the reason for your irregular periods and unusual spotting. PCOS can lead to hormonal imbalances, affecting menstrual cycles by causing irregular periods, reduced flow days, or spotting.
Taking regesterone, a progesterone therapy, could also cause changes in your menstrual cycle, such as irregular bleeding or spotting. This medication is commonly prescribed to regulate menstrual cycles, but it can create temporary disarray in timing and flow until your body adjust.
For managing PCOS and its symptoms through Ayurveda, consider focusing on balancing your doshas and improving digestive fire (agni). Following a diet and lifestyle changes can help:
1. Diet: Eat whole grains like millet, quinoa, oats, and include plenty of vegetables, fruits like pomegranate and berries. Avoid refined sugar, processed foods, and excessive dairy products, as they can aggravate kapha and contribute to symptoms of PCOS.
2. Herbal Remedies: Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Turmeric may support hormonal balance. However, consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any herbal supplements.
3. Exercise & Yoga: Regular activities tailored to your body type, such as brisk walking or gentle yoga, balance kapha and help maintain weight, thus reducing PCOS symptoms.
4. Routine & Stress Management: Ayurvedic routines, like rising early, proper meal timing, and ensuring adequate sleep are crucial. Stress, which can worsen PCOS symptoms, can be managed using techniques such as meditation or pranayama.
Monitor your symptoms and always communicate with your healthcare provider about any concerns or new symptoms that arise. If your condition doesn’t improve or worsens, consider seeking further input from both your gynaecologist and an Ayurvedic specialist.
