Dr. Manjula
I am a dedicated Ayurveda practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for restoring health through traditional Ayurvedic principles. My clinical approach revolves around understanding the unique constitution (Prakruti) and current imbalance (Vikruti) of each individual. I conduct comprehensive consultations that include Prakruti-Vikruti Pareeksha, tongue examination, and other Ayurvedic diagnostic tools to identify the underlying causes of disease, rather than just addressing symptoms. My primary focus is on balancing the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—through individualized treatment plans that include herbal medicines, therapeutic diets, and lifestyle modifications. I believe that healing begins with alignment, and I work closely with my patients to bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony using personalized, constitution-based interventions. Whether managing chronic conditions or guiding preventive health, I aim to empower patients through Ayurvedic wisdom, offering not just relief but a sustainable path to well-being. My practice is rooted in authenticity, guided by classical Ayurvedic texts and a strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. I take pride in helping people achieve long-term health outcomes by integrating ancient knowledge with a modern, practical approach. Through continuous learning and close attention to every detail in diagnosis and treatment, I strive to deliver meaningful, natural, and effective results for all my patients.

To address your concern of a missing period potentially due to stress and eating patterns, Ayurveda looks at balancing your dosha, especially if vata is aggravated. It's promising you're already incorporating certain seeds into your diet to help, but sometimes a varied approach works best. First, ensure a routine that's supportive of your menstruql health. Regularity in meals and sleep can stabilize vata. Try to eat warm, freshly cooked meals that are easy on the digestive system. Incorporate foods that nurture your reproductive system such as warm milk with a pinch of saffron or cinnamon, which can help in building up strength and menstruation regularity. Given the cramping, you might want to use a warm sesame oil massage daily around the abdominal area, which can assist in alleviating cramping and help regulate menstrual flow. Even applying a warm compress can sometimes provide relief. For herbal support, ashwagandha is one of the most valued herbs known to help with stress while also supporting hormones. Taking a teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with warm milk before bed can be beneficial. It helps stabilize your mood and energy levels, therefore can potentially help bring back regular periods. Since you've got blood while peeing, it may be important to ensure no urinary tract issues. Clear this up first, even if it requires consultation from a healthcare provider. Maintain stress-reduction practices like yoga or pranayama (breathing exercises) which are greatly beneficial for maintaining hormonal balance. Make time for regular relaxation, and ensuring you are physically active without overstraining your body. If there's no improvement, seeking thorough evaluation from Ayurvedic practitioner or a medical professional would be wise to rule out any underlying issues. Remember, while Ayurveda can help, any persistent or severe health issues should definitely be evaluated by a professional.
