And start taking, 1.Navaka guggulu 1-0-1 for chewing 2.Rajahpravartni vati 1-1-1 3.shatavari tab.2-0-2 with lukewarm milk 4.Ashokarishta 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water just after having meal twice in a day.

**Daily drink Triphala kashayam (should not be too hot)+1tbsf of honey. Follow up after 45 days…
