I am really struggling with some health issues lately, and I’m hoping to get some advice! I’ve been feeling super low on energy, like all the time. My digestion’s been off too, which just makes it worse. A friend suggested I try Planet Ayurveda Spirulina Capsule and said it could help boost my energy levels and improve my overall health. I read this article online that mentioned how rich in nutrients it is and how it could be a natural solution for energy and vitality. I started taking the capsules about a week ago, but I’m not sure if I’m seeing any change yet. I mean, I want to believe it’ll work, but then I wonder if I’m expecting too much too soon? Sometimes I feel like I’m just forcing it because I want it to be the answer to all my problems because, honestly, it’s been a long few months. Has anyone else tried Planet Ayurveda Spirulina Capsule and felt a difference? What’s a realistic time frame to notice results? Also, is there anything else I should be doing alongside taking the capsules?
