Sperm Mortality issue-First time my wife has conceived and it’s miscarriage and now I undergone sperm testing and mortality issue - #27419

My wife has problem in conceiving baby. First time when conceived it’s miscarriage and than since last two year she is trying to conceive but it’s not successful. We had shown to doctor but they are saying everything is ok and now I have undergone sperm testing and I think their is mortality issue. Could you please suggest how can we cure this ?
