I am really in a tight spot here and need some advice! A few weeks ago, I started feeling a lot of pain in my joints, especially in my knees and elbows. It was like, one day I was fine, and the next, every little movement felt like a huge effort! I went to see my doctor, and they just handed me some painkillers, which didn't really help. I thought maybe there’s something more natural?? One of my friends brought up Kerala Ayurveda Rasnasapthakam Kwath, and I did some searching online. There are so many good reviews saying it helps with arthritis and joint pain! But I am really unsure if it’ll work for me or if it's safe. Also, what about dosage? I don’t want to end up feeling worse. I am trying to eat healthier and be more mindful, but the pain makes it hard to exercise or even do daily stuff.
