I am really struggling with some intense joint pain and I heard about these AVN Yogaraja Gulgulu DS Tablets. A friend this weekend mentioned them and said they worked wonders for her mom's arthritis. I've started noticing that early in the morning, my knees feel sooo stiff, like they’re rusty or something! And sometimes in the evenings, it gets kind of painful to move around too.
