I am really desperate for some advice! A couple of months ago, I started dealing with persistent joint pain in my knees and elbows. I mean, some days it feels like I’m 80 instead of my actual age, and it’s super frustrating. I tried a bunch of over-the-counter stuff but nothing seems to work. A friend mentioned Sitaram Thriphaladi Thailam and that it might help. I looked it up and it sounds promising, especially since it’s made with natural ingredients, but I really don't know how to use it or if it’s even right for me. Do I apply it directly, or should I massage it in? Some say to mix it with warm oil... but do I do that?
