AVN Trayodasasanga Gulgulu - #29632

I am really worried about my joint pain, and my doc thinks it might be AVN, like Avascular necrosis. I’ve been dealing with this pain in my hips and knees for the past few months and it’s really getting worst. I can barely walk some days, and my energy is just all gone! A friend told me about this AVN Trayodasasanga Gulgulu, and said it helped her uncle who had a similar situation. She said it’s supposed to improve blood flow and reduce pain, but I’m kinda sceptical. I had some tests done, and nothing major showed up, just mild inflammation. The pain comes and goes but when it’s here, wow, it’s like I can’t sleep at night and then totally drained during the day!!! I really want to know, has anyone had success with AVN Trayodasasanga Gulgulu for something like this? How do you take it? Like how long does it take to feel any difference? Really scared to keep taking painkillers, they don’t really help much anyway. Also, is there something else I should be doing on top of AVN Trayodasasanga Gulgulu? I guess I’m just looking for any tips or success stories. Feeling a bit hopeless these days!!
