I am really confused about this whole health thing right now. A while back, I started feeling super fatigued and just not like myself. I went to the doc and they said maybe it’s stress or something, prescribed some basic meds, but nothing really changed. A friend mentioned Kerala Ayurveda Aswagandharishtam and said it helped him with his sleep issues and made him feel more energized. I thought, why not give it a shot, right? So I did some searching and, honestly, the more I looked into Kerala Ayurveda Aswagandharishtam, the more intrigued I got. But there are so many opinions out there, and I don’t wanna go down the wrong path. I read it can also help with anxiety, which I didn’t think I had, but maybe I do?
