I am dealing with this annoying skin issue lately. Like, out of nowhere, I've developed this super dry patch on my elbow, and it's really starting to bug me. I've tried a bunch of creams and lotions but nothing seems to work long-term. I heard about Nagarjuna Gandha Thailam from a friend who's really into Ayurveda, and she swears by it for skin problems like mine. She said it helped her flaky skin clear up like magic. I looked it up and it sounds promising, but I’m also kinda skeptical. Is Nagarjuna Gandha Thailam really as good as they say? I mean, what makes it work? I’m worried about just applying oils since my skin is sensitive and tends to react badly. I also thought about doing a patch test first, but do you think I should combine it with anything else? What about the quantity — like, should I slather it on or just a little bit? Oh, and if I use it, how often should I be applying it for best results?
