I am really confused right now, and I hope someone can help me out. A few weeks ago, I started feeling a lot of stiffness in my joints, especially in the mornings. It’s such a struggle getting out of bed. I went to a conventional doctor, and they didn't find any major issues, just said it might be some mild inflammation or somethin’. However, a friend recommended the Vaidyaratnam Karpooradi Choornam as a possible natural remedy. I seriously have no idea if this is the right choice for me, though. After reading some stuff online, I learned Vaidyaratnam Karpooradi Choornam might help with inflammation and pain relief, but I don't really understand how it works. Do I need to take it in a specific way? Should I mix it with oil or apply it directly on my joints? I can't even keep track of everything I’m doing — I'm trying to eat better, maybe do some yoga… but the stiffness is really hindering everything.
