I am trying to figure out if Rajah Ayurveda Valiya Rasnadi Kashayam is really what I need. Last month, I started noticing some weird discomfort in my joints. It's like they weren’t as flexible or something and sometimes there’s even a bit of swelling, especially in my fingers and knees. Super annoying! A friend mentioned she used to have similar issues and she swore by Rajah Ayurveda Valiya Rasnadi Kashayam. I mean, it’s a traditional Ayurvedic remedy and I really want to give it a shot, but I’m also kind of skeptical, you know?? I started reading about it and it seems like it's supposed to help with joint pains and inflammation, but I don't want to waste money on something that may not work.
