I am really struggling with this persistent cough that just won’t go away. It started a few weeks ago after I caught a cold, and no matter what I do, it seems stuck in my throat! I have tried honey, ginger tea, all the usual stuff, but nothing gives me long-lasting relief. A friend mentioned Charak Kofol Syrup and said it worked wonders for her when she had a similar issue. I did some research and apparently, it's supposed to be good for respiratory health. I just wanna know if you think Charak Kofol Syrup could actually help with my cough? Like, is it safe to use for someone like me who doesn’t usually take syrups? I wanna be careful since I have a sensitive stomach too, ya know? Also, how often should I take it? Should I expect to feel a difference right away or does it take a few days? I mean, I don’t want to be coughing all through the holidays! 🙄 If anyone's had experience with this syrup or similar ones, I’d really appreciate your input!
