Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and Shirshasan. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Massage on scalp with bhringraj oil twice a week. Tab. Bhringraj 2-0-2 Amalki rasayan 5gm twice a day

Begin with diet. Include foods rich in iron, antioxidants, and protein. Lentils, spinach, and leafy greens are helpful. Incorporate nuts like almonds and walnuts, which nourish hair follicles. Drink adequate water—at least 2 liters daily—to maintain body hydration, essential for dense hair. Avoid excessive caffeine, Fried foods, and processed sugars; these could aggravate Vata and Pitta.

Oil massage, or Abhyanga, is central in Ayurvedic care. Apply coconut or sesame oil gently massaged into your scalp twice a week. Leave it for at least an hour or overnight before washing it off with gentle, natural shampoo. This practice strengthens hair roots, enhances circulation, and reduces stress—a common cause of hair fall.

Herbs like Bhringraj, Amla, and Brahmi support hair health. Consuming Amla juice daily can provide significant benefits. You can also prepare a decoction of Amla and use it as a hair rinse. Mix bhringraj powder with water or curd to make a hair mask and apply it once weekly.

Yoga and meditation alleviate stress. The practice of shavasana and pranayama (focus on Anulom Vilom) routinely can balance mind and body. Try to get 7–8 hours of sleep each night to promote cellular repair and rejuvenation.

Lastly, ensure your digestive fire, or Agni, is balanced. A faulty Agni can result in toxin buildup affecting hair. Lemon juice with warm water on an empty stomach daily can strengthen digestion.

If hair fall persists, consult a local practitioner. They might recommend specific panchakarma treatments tailored to your condition. These changes need time, so patience is key; traditional remedies often work more gradually compared to synthetic treatments.

They can offer insights based on your prakriti (body constitution) and any specific symptoms you’re experiencing.
