Badam Rogan oil - 2-2 drops in each nostril either in the morning empty stomach or at bedtime. 4.For hair growth - Castor oil mixed with coconut oil- Apply on the hair and massage gently.Use twice a week. Diet- Eat antioxidant and vitamin c,E rich diet . Eat amla, spinach,dates, soaked and peeled almonds. Avoid fast food, oily food.
