My skin and hair is not in good condition, i have comedons on my skin ,it looks dukk and its combinationtype of skin. My hair line is going andi am facing moderatehair fall ( 100 to 150 strands) sometimes more than that, also i ma underweightand again i have lost more 2 kgs

Start with Amala juice 10ml+ aloevera juice 10ml twice daily after food with water Khadirarist 10ml twice daily after food with Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with milk Light massage on scalp twice weekly with amla oil keep overnight and morning wash your hair with Anti hairfall shampoo Apply Divya kanti lep mix with rose water on face twice weekly keep for 10 minutes and wash with clean water Avoid spicy fried foods.
