Vaidyaratnam Maha Narayana Thailam - #31718
I am feeling really confused and frustrated right now. Lately, I’ve been dealing with some bad joint pain, especially in my knees and back. It started a few months ago, and I thought it was just aging or maybe from sitting too much at my desk job. I tried over-the-counter pain relief, but nothing seems to work long-term. A friend mentioned that Vaidyaratnam Maha Narayana Thailam might help, but I’m unsure if it’s worth it. I googled it, and people seem to swear by it, but it’s like, can a herbal oil really make that much of a difference? I’m also worried about using it without guidance, since I have mild asthma and sometimes get skin rashes from new products. What if it irritates my skin or something? I need to know if anyone here has actually used Vaidyaratnam Maha Narayana Thailam for joint pain and had good results? Like, do you rub it on, or should I mix it with something else? And how long does it usually take to feel some relief? If it does work, I’m really hoping it could help me go back to running and hiking like I used to do! Thanks in advance for any info — feeling a little desperate over here!
