Vaidyaratnam Koosmanda Rasayanam - #31834
I am really confused about this whole Vaidhyaratnam Koosmanda Rasayanam thing. A few weeks ago, I started feeling super fatigued and just generally off. Like, my energy levels were in the gutter, and I’ve been dealing with some stress from work too. I read somewhere that Vaidhyaratnam Koosmanda Rasayanam could help boost energy and immunity, but I'm not sure if it’s right for me. I went to my doctor, and they recommended a bunch of vitamins but didn’t mention anything Ayurvedic, which makes me think they don’t really get that side of things. My friend who swears by everything Ayurvedic told me about how Vaidhyaratnam Koosmanda Rasayanam helped her with her stress and low energy which has me wondering if I should try it. Honestly, I'm scared to just jump in without knowing more. Is this something that can be safe to take along with whatever vitamins I was prescribed? I'm also curious how long it typically takes to notice any sort of difference after starting on Vaidhyaratnam Koosmanda Rasayanam. Like, is it an immediate boost or more of a gradual thing? Any insights would help, really!
