Lie down for a few minutes after application to let the oil penetrate gently. This approach minimizes awkward sensations and improves the absorption of the medicinal properties.

For the hair mask, incorporating curry leaves along with curd is an age-old remedy, nourishing hair and aiding in reducing hair fall. Apply the mask twice a week, leaving it on for 20-30 minutes before rinsing. Ensure you rinse thoroughly, as any residue may cause build-up, hampering scalp health.
In Ayurvedic terms, addressing any dosha imbalance can be key. Understanding your prakriti (body constitution) aids in selecting the right treatments. If Vata is prominent in your constitution, ensure warmth and oiliness in your diet and lifestyle. For Pitta, cooling and soothing practices are vital, while Kapha requires stimulating and uplifting actions.
Lifestyle adjustments, like regular exercise, adequate rest, and stress management techniques like yoga or meditation, can also support overall outcomes. In case awkwardness continues or symptoms persist, consider consulting directly with an Ayurvedic practitioner for tailored advice based on your specific condition. They can provide deeper insights by assessing your unique body constitution and current lifestyle.
