Garlicon Tablets - #32991
I am really confused about these Garlicon Tablets that I’ve been hearing a lot about! A few weeks ago, I started having this annoying issue with my digestion. Like, it felt like every meal was a battle, and I was super bloated all the time. After some research, I thought maybe it was the cholesterol thing, and I found out about Garlicon Tablets. Apparently, they’re supposed to help with that? Anyway, I got some, but now I’m worried if I’m taking them the right way. I took two this morning with my breakfast but now I’m wondering if that's too much or not enough? I mean, the package says one tablet a day, but my friend takes two and she says it works better for her. Also, my mom mentioned something about garlic giving her heartburn, which sort of freaked me out because I really don’t want to deal with that on top of everything! Has anyone had experience with Garlicon Tablets? Like, do they really make a difference with digestion and cholesterol, or is it just hype? I feel kind of lost here and could really use some advice before I keep going with these. Thanks in advance for your help!
