I am kinda stressed about my health right now. For the last few months, I’ve been dealing with some really annoying skin issues like rashes and constant itching, and honestly, it’s driving me nuts! A friend mentioned that it might be related to my blood impurities, and they suggested taking something called Sri Sri Tattva Raktashodhini Vati. I did some reading and it seems to be all about purifying blood? But I’m not sure if I should jump in and try it. Last week, I went to a doctor and they recommended some tests and it turns out I have elevated levels of certain toxins, probably from diet and stress. Ugh. Now I’m thinking, could Sri Sri Tattva Raktashodhini Vati actually help me with this blood purification process? Like, does it really work?
