I am really confused about my ongoing cough and these Himalaya Koflet - H Lozenges I just started using. For like the past month or so, I have this really annoying cough that just won’t let up. I tried different syrups and things, but still no relief!! A friend suggested I try Himalaya Koflet - H Lozenges, and guess what? They seem to help a bit sometimes, but other times? Not so much. It's like one minute, I can swallow without feeling like I'm choking and the next I'm coughing like crazy. Last week, I even had to leave a meeting early because I couldn’t stop coughing. Talk about embarrasing! I checked in with my doc and got told that it's probably just post-nasal drip or allergies, but I feel like there's more to it. Like why do I still cough even after taking these Himalaya Koflet - H Lozenges? Should they even be working for me? I feel stupid asking, but are these really effective for everyone, or does it depend? Maybe I’m not taking them at the right time? In terms of academics, I got 82% in the first-year PG exams—distinction score—secured department 1st and university topper at Parul Institute. Sometimes I do wonder if all this speed actually lets me go deep into each case but I’m learning to balance efficiency with proper patient care. Honestly I think that’s the biggest challenge in clinical ayurveda today—staying rooted in shastra while also being practically useful in today's overloaded OPDs. Anyway, still got a lot to learn, but I try to show up with clarity, humility and the will to keep improving every day.
