Recurrent pus-filled boils in areas like the underarms, under the breasts, and the vaginal region often indicate an imbalance in your body, which may be linked to aggravated Pitta and Kapha doshas. These sweat gland-rich areas are prone to infections, particularly when there’s excess Pitta causing heat and Kapha causing blockages. You’ve noticed that antibiotics haven’t provided a permanent solution, indicating that we need to address the underlying issues holistically.

Firstly, consider dietary adjustments. Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods as they can aggravate Pitta. Reduce intake of heavy meats and instead focus on lighter meats like chicken or fish, prefer them boiled or grilled rather than fried. Incorporate more greens, leafy vegetables, and whole grains like barley or millet, which help reduce Kapha. Hydration is crucial, so aim to drink plenty of lukewarm water - this aids in purification of system.

Since digestion or ‘Agni’ might be compromised, turmeric is beneficial due to its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties - add to your meals or take it with warm water first thing in morning. Triphala, an Ayurvedic blend, helps in detoxifying body and promoting regular bowel movements can also be helpful. Make a habit of consuming a teaspoon of Triphala churna with warm water before bed.

In terms of lifestyle, regular exercise is vital. It can be as simple as brisk walking or yoga, which aids in balancing Kapha while improving lymphatic drainage. Daily activities aren’t just about calories, they also enhance your body’s metabolism.

Topically, cleanse affected areas gently and use neem paste—neem’s antibacterial properties can aid in healing. However, if the condition worsens or the boils become significantly painful, seek immediate medical attention. Keep area dry and wear loose-fitting, cotton clothing to enhance airflow and reduce friction.

Mind and body are interconnected, stress might also be a contributing factor, so consider meditation or relaxation techniques. With consistency, Ayurvedic changes often bring long-term relief, though patience is needed. If this condition persists, it’s important to consult with a specialist to tailor treatment to your specific constitution and needs.
