I am looking for some help regarding this skin issue that’s been bugging me for months now. I started noticing some patchy dry spots on my arms and elbows—really dry and scaly, almost like eczema but not quite. A friend of mine who’s into Ayurveda suggested I try SNA Ketakeemoolaadi Kuzhampu, claiming it could work wonders for my skin. I’m skeptical tho, because I’ve tried a whole bunch of creams and oils before, and they just don’t seem to do much. Like, I would apply them for weeks and see no improvement at all. Just yesterday, at the park, a stranger actually commented on how bad my skin looked (ugh, super embarrassing). I read somewhere that SNA Ketakeemoolaadi Kuzhampu is good for skin conditions but is it really effective? How does it compare to other treatments? And do you think I should use it alongside any other natural remedies? Like, maybe coconut oil or something? Also, if I use this kuzhaampu, how long should I expect to see results?
