I am really struggling with these dark circles under my eyes! Ugh, it feels like they’re getting worse every week. I work long hours at a desk and don’t sleep that great, but I also think my diet could be better. Like, I love junk food way too much and probably don’t drink enough water? 🤔 Anyway, I heard somewhere that stress can make them worse too, and man, I’ve been stressed lately. Had a couple of friend’s comment on them, which made me even more conscious, like is there a way to really fix this issue or at least how to reduce dark circles under eyes? I tried some creams but they didn’t seem to do much, and now I’m just feeling kinda hopeless. Are there specific Ayurvedic remedies that might help? Should I be doing something else, like any particular changes with herbal teas or oils that might work? Honestly, I just want to look awake and not like a raccoon all the time! 😩 Any thoughts or advice on how to reduce dark circles under eyes?
