I am feeling super frustrated lately. My skin has been acting out big time — like red patches all over my cheeks and this weird inflamed area near my chin. It’s kinda embarrassing, and honestly, I've tried so many products, but nothing seems to work. I read somewhere that maybe it could be related to stress or even diet, but I’m not sure. Friends suggested I try natural remedies, but I'm totally overwhelmed. I mean, how to reduce skin inflammation and redness without breaking the bank? I've also been dealing with a little acne here and there, which makes everything worse. The last time I went to a dermatologist, they just gave me some topical cream that I ended up not liking at all. I guess what I’m wondering is if there are specific herbs or foods I can incorporate into my daily routine? Like, how do you even know which ones work for your skin? Do I need to follow a strict regimen, or is it more chill than that? Oh, and what about hydration? Does drinking more water really help with how to reduce skin inflammation and redness?
