I am really struggling to figure out which essential oil is best for hair growth. Like, I've tried a few things and honestly, nothing seems to be working 😩. My hair has been thinning for a while now, and it feels kinda lifeless. I read somewhere that essential oils can help with this, but there’s so much info out there, it’s overwhelming! About a month ago, I started using rosemary oil since I saw that it’s supposed to stimulate hair growth, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. I mix it with some coconut oil but still can’t tell if it’s actually making a difference. Sometimes I think my scalp gets itchy after I use it, but then again, it could just be my imagination. 😕 I also heard about peppermint oil being good, but how do you even know which essential oil is best for hair growth? There are like tons of different oils! Should I be mixing oils? Like, can I use lavender or tea tree along with rosemary? What am I supposed to look for? Feels like I'm on this endless quest and I need some guidance. If anyone has tips or experience, let me know!
