I am really confused about something! I’ve been looking into natural supplements for energy and overall health, and I stumbled upon shilajit. I read some articles that say shilajit can help with a bunch of things, but there are also mentions of whether does shilajit increase DHT. You know what I mean? Like, I’m just trying to get fit, but I'm worried about testosterone levels and hair loss because some of my family members have had thinning hair issues. A while ago, I tried a different herbal supplement that had some crazy side effects, and I’m kind of traumatized. I started taking shilajit last week, and honestly, I do feel more energetic, but now I'm just freaking out thinking about does shilajit increase DHT. I definitely don’t want that! I had no idea it could have an effect on hormones like that. Also, has anyone experienced noticeable changes after starting shilajit? Like, I'm kinda scared it might mess with my hair, yet I want to feel these boosts, you know? If anyone has info or advice on this, I’d be super grateful.
